Welcome to C4H Store (“we”, “us”, “our”, “C4H Store”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your (“you”, “your”, “Customer”) access to and use of https://c4hstore.com (the “Website”) and your purchase of products through the Website using our integrated payment gateway. By accessing, browsing or placing an order on the Website you accept, without limitation or qualification, these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility & Acceptance

1.1 You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction (at least 18 years or older) and capable of entering into binding contracts.
1.2 By placing an order you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the payment method provided and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
1.3 We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders or terminate accounts for any reason at our sole discretion.

2. Products & Availability

2.1 All product descriptions, images and specifications are for illustration only. We attempt to be as accurate as possible, but we do not guarantee that product descriptions or other content is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free.
2.2 We reserve the right to limit the quantity of any product, to refuse any order, and to discontinue products without notice.
2.3 In the event a product is listed incorrectly (price, description, availability) we may cancel the order and provide a full refund if applicable.

3. Orders, Payment & Gateway Integration

3.1 When you place an order on the Website you make an offer to purchase the selected products subject to these Terms. Acceptance of your order and conclusion of the contract occurs when we send you a confirmation email (or other electronic confirmation) that your order has been accepted (“Order Confirmation”).
3.2 You agree to pay the total amount indicated in your order, including product price, taxes, shipping charges, handling fees and any other charges as applicable.
3.3 We integrate a payment gateway for secure processing of payments (credit/debit, net-banking, UPI, wallet, etc). Your payment information is processed via the gateway, and we do not store full payment card data. However we are not responsible for any failure, fault or disruption of the payment gateway.
3.4 You authorise us (or our payment service provider) to charge the payment method at the time your order is placed or when your payment method is duly authorised.
3.5 If payment is not authorised, we may cancel your order and you will not be charged (or if charged, you will be refunded).
3.6 All prices displayed are in the currency stated (Indian ₹ or otherwise). We reserve the right to change pricing and promotional offers at any time prior to acceptance of your order.

4. Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

4.1 We will endeavour to dispatch orders as per the delivery timeframe specified on the Website or during checkout, but we cannot guarantee exact delivery times.
4.2 Risk of loss and title for products pass to you when we deliver the products to the carrier (if shipping) or you collect them (if pickup).
4.3 You must inspect items upon receipt and notify us promptly of any damage, shortage or incorrect item.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

5.1 Our return, refund and exchange policies are as described on the “FAQ / Return” page of the Website. Please read these policies carefully; they form part of these Terms.
5.2 If you are eligible for a refund, we will refund the amount paid via the same payment method used by you, unless otherwise agreed.
5.3 Shipping costs for returns (if any) shall be as specified in the relevant policy. Unless otherwise stated, you bear the return shipping cost.
5.4 We may refuse return, refund or exchange if the product returned is not in its original condition (unused, tags intact, packaging intact) or is outside the allowed timeframe.

6. Promotions, Discounts & Coupons

6.1 From time to time we may run promotional offers (e.g., “$100 Off on $500”, “Buy 8 & Get 8 Free”, etc) as stated on the Website. We reserve the right to modify or withdraw promotions at any time without notice and before your order is accepted.
6.2 Offers are subject to availability, may be limited in quantity, cannot be combined unless explicitly stated, and may have additional conditions (expiry date, minimum purchase, selected products).
6.3 Misuse of promotional codes or fraudulent behaviour will result in cancellation of orders or forfeiture of benefits.

7. Payment Gateway & Security

7.1 Payment processing is carried out via third-party payment gateway(s). You are responsible for ensuring your payment details and personal data are entered correctly.
7.2 We employ reasonable technical, physical and administrative safeguards to protect your payment data and personal information; however, no internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
7.3 We will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from payment gateway failures, delays, fraudulent transactions, or unauthorised use of your payment method, except to the extent mandated by law.

8. Intellectual Property

  • Ensure your “FAQ / Return” and “Delivery & Return” pages accurately align with the clauses in section 5.
  • Ensure your payment gateway integration displays clearly the total payable amount, taxes, shipping, and that the checkout experience is secure (SSL, PCI-DSS compliance for payment partner).
  • Ensure mechanisms are in place for order confirmation (email or SMS) and proof of shipment/delivery.
  • If you serve international customers (the site mentions “Free International Shipping”), consider including import duties/customs disclaimers, currency conversion disclosure and cross-border tax implications.
